Djasur Djumaev is a tech entrepreneur, venture investor, and business angel spearheading the digital economy of Central Asia. He is the founder and CEO of Uzum, Uzbekistan’s largest digital ecosystem and the country’s first and only IT unicorn.

In addition to Uzum, Djumaev has also been involved in a number of disparate ventures, including Kupikupon, a discount services platform that had over 15 million users in CIS, Baltics, and Central Asia by the end of 2022. Another business founded by Djumaev earlier is engaged in the development of platform solutions, specialized software, and content services for telecom operators and digital service providers in CIS, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Egypt, Kenya, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Ethiopia, etc. He is also a business angel investor in a number of major technology projects across the globe. He graduated from Westminster International University in Tashkent.
