UZINFOCOM is the unified state IT integrator of the Republic of Uzbekistan and one of the country’s leading companies in the field of information and communication technologies. Its full name is the “Center for the Development and Implementation of Computer and Information Technologies.” The company has been operating since 2002.

UZINFOCOM serves as the administrator of Uzbekistan’s country-code top-level domain .UZ (ccTLD) in accordance with an agreement signed with ICANN in 2003. The company also works to decentralize domain name registration services and promote a competitive environment in this field.

Since 2009, the company has served as the technical operator of the e-government system, providing technical support for government portals, including my.gov.uz, the public opinion portal meningfikrim.uz, the Presidential Reception portal pm.gov.uz, and other systems. As part of the implementation of Presidential Resolution No. PP-357 dated August 22, 2022, since January 1, 2023, UZINFOCOM has also ensured the operation of the Unified Platform of the Government Portal of Uzbekistan based on the “single window” principle.
