Prof. Dr Ivan Yamshchikov is currently a professor at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, where he leads the AI Institute CAIRO.THWS.

Ivan is also a co-founder and CPO of Pleias, a Paris-based Frontier AI Lab working on solutions to increase data efficiency.

Ivan previously worked as a data analyst at Yandex, served as an artificial intelligence evangelist at ABBYY, and was a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute in Leipzig.
