Vera has over 8 years of experience in human resources, HR business partnership, and recruitment. She began her career at PwC and startups, and then spent more than five years working in various divisions of Yandex. At Yandex Lavka and Edadil she was responsible for developing HR functions.

Since 2023, she has been leading HR development within the Uzum ecosystem (Uzbekistan), first as Human Resources Director of the express delivery service Uzum Tezkor, and since 2024 as HR Director of Uzum E-com.
She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, specializing in team building and effectiveness in IT companies.
