Narek is HR and Education expert with 15+ years of leadership experience. Narek founded the Armenian Code Academy (ACA), the leading regional tech educational hub. Since 2015, ACA trained more than 17.000 specialists, including upskilled tech professionals. Narek is also a Board Member at Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE), an association that unites more 300 tech companies in Armenia. In 2025, ACA launched a branch in Uzbekistan aiming to enhance the tech talent pool both in Tashkent and in regions.
