Kamola Sobirova is the Advisor to the Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, focusing on engaging youth and women in the IT sector and positioning Uzbekistan as a regional IT hub.

With extensive experience in mentorship and educational initiatives, she actively supports programs aimed at empowering women and fostering their professional development. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in government and international organizations, as well as served as the Head of Press Services in major corporations. Notably, she has also worked as the Press Secretary of the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan.

In addition, Kamola Sobirova serves as an authorized official for ensuring gender equality and is the Chair of the Ministry’s Primary Organization on Family and Women’s Affairs.
