Masatoshi Yamaguchi is the General Manager of the Social and Industrial Business Division at Soft-Hyperion Co., Ltd., responsible for IT system development in energy, aviation, railways, e-commerce, and government sectors. In March 2025, he established a local subsidiary in Uzbekistan, promoting IT outsourcing and talent recruitment, while planning to introduce Uzbekistan’s services and products to the Japanese market.
