UNICON.UZ LLC is a system organization under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Founded in 1992 as a research center in the field of communications, today the Center serves as a leading driver of digital transformation and scientific and technological progress in the country’s ICT sector.

The company’s core areas of activity include telecommunications research and development, the creation of regulatory and standardization frameworks for communications, the development of national standards, as well as the certification and testing of telecommunications equipment.

UNICON.UZ also administers and develops state policy in the field of electronic digital signatures (EDS), ensures the operation of key IT systems, and provides advanced services through its modern data center (DC) and cloud ecosystem for businesses and government organizations.
